Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "SilentGuard Account Deletion Request".
Include the email address associated with your SilentGuard account so we can locate and delete your data.
We will confirm receipt and permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
All data is permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving your request. We do not retain any personal data after deletion is complete.
Note: If you have an active subscription, deleting your account will cancel it. No refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.
